Join us for this chair yoga workshop. You will be pleasantly surprised how effective yoga can be while seated. You will learn how to safely stretch and tone your body while practicing breath work… leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and at home in your body. Wonderful for relieving bodily aches and pains, as well as for soothing a troubled mind. Chair yoga is suitable for all bodies. The stretches will be modified to suit your needs.
