Yoga
Breath, Movement, Exploration & Play
We believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice – it’s a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to explore the many benefits of yoga.
We believe that yoga is for everyone and are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals to realign themselves to who they really are through breath, movement, exploration and play.
Join us in person in our beautiful studio in Tenterfield, Northern NSW, or live online from the comfort of your own home. Alternatively, you can participate via video recordings from the compfort of your own home and at a time that suit you.
Tracey Monk
Tracey has been teaching yoga in the community since 1999, garnering a loyal following of devoted students along the way.
Tracey’s teaching style draws on her training in several yogic traditions including Hatha yoga, Japanese yoga, Meridian yoga, and pranayama (breathwork). She trained in Ki Yoga under Jack Marshall, later becoming certified in Ryoho Yoga under Andrzej Gospodarczky. She is a senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia Association.
Tracey taught yoga for over 25 years in Sydney studios, including in the historic Wolloomoolloo studio pictured here, inner-city gyms, and in her sunny Mosman studio.
Now that she lives in Northern NSW (surrounded by acres of glorious bushland, swimming holes and puppies!), Tracey offers yoga classes via video recordings, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you.
